Agreement and eligibility
By registering at aw33-npl.com or placing a bet with AW33, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. We may update the terms as products, providers or legal requirements change, and material changes are announced on site or by email before taking effect.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you are. You confirm you are acting for yourself, with your own funds, and not on behalf of any third party. We verify age and identity and will close accounts that fail those checks, returning deposits where required and voiding winnings gained in breach.
Your account
One account per person, per address, per device and per payment method. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bonuses from them forfeited. All registration details must be accurate and kept current — payouts are blocked where account details and payment details do not match.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials private. Activity from your account is treated as yours. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access so we can freeze the account. We may suspend access temporarily for security reviews, verification, or where we detect behaviour such as collusion, arbitrage abuse, bot use or manipulation of odds and bonuses.
Deposits, withdrawals and currency
Your wallet operates in INR. Deposits are credited once the payment provider confirms them and must come from an account in your own name. We do not extend credit; you can only stake funds already in your balance.
Withdrawals require completed identity verification and normally return to the method used to deposit, where the provider permits. Processing times depend on the payment partner. We may request additional documents for source-of-funds checks under anti-money-laundering obligations, and we may withhold a payout while an investigation is ongoing. Any fees applied by a third-party provider are outside our control.
Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion carries its own terms, published with the offer, and those terms override anything general stated elsewhere. Typical conditions include qualifying stakes, minimum odds, wagering requirements, game weighting, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and an expiry date.
Bonuses are for genuine entertainment play. Patterns designed solely to extract bonus value — such as low-risk hedging across markets, coordinated multi-account play or deliberate maximum-bet breaches — may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided. We reserve the right to restrict promotional eligibility for individual accounts, and you may opt out of promotions yourself at any time.
Bets, settlement and errors
A bet is accepted when it appears as confirmed in your bet history. Markets are settled using official results from the relevant competition authority. If a result is corrected or an official source is later amended, settlement may be adjusted accordingly.
We may void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds, after an event has effectively been decided, on a market left open in error, or where a technical fault affected pricing. Casino rounds interrupted by a disconnection are resolved according to the game provider's rules, which govern that specific product. Where a game malfunctions, all plays and payouts on that round are void.
Closure, liability and governing terms
You may close your account at any time through support or by requesting self-exclusion, which we will apply without delay. We may close or restrict an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory reasons, and will return any legitimate remaining balance.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for losses arising from interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, device faults or third-party provider downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Gambling involves financial risk and is intended as entertainment for adults aged 18 and over.
